News: "Revelation! 666 is not the number of the beast (it's a devilish 616)
By Tom Anderson

01 May 2005

A newly discovered fragment of the oldest surviving copy of the New Testament indicates that, as far as the Antichrist goes, theologians, scholars, heavy metal groups, and television evangelists have got the wrong number. Instead of 666, it's actually the far less ominous 616.

The new fragment from the Book of Revelation, written in ancient Greek and dating from the late third century, is part of a hoard of previously unintelligible manuscripts discovered in historic dumps outside Oxyrhynchus in Egypt. Now a team of expert classicists, using new photographic techniques, are finally deciphering the original writing."

You do NOT have my permission to use my Mark of the Beast Photograph... I would appreciate it if you removed it as what you are doing in reference to 666 could not be more incorrect. Thanks

Photograph? What photograph? There's no photograph that I can see. Anybody see a photograph?

I hadn't seen this news tidbit. Thank you for the link. I've sometimes wondered if the more confusing bits of the New Testament weren't simply a way of hiding in code what was really being said from the governments of that time. Interesting stuff.

Bill, You are intellectuelly dishonest to steal a Photograph and use it without the permission of the artist who produced it. You could have asked me as you had my e-dress from the site you stole my shot. I would have said NO as you are incorrect in your assumptions... none-the-less you do NOT have my permission...and pleading ignorance only reflects your own... I am sure you are a good man and will do the right thing... design your OWN art-work and not THIEVE from others who are working for the Lord. I will now leave this between you and the Lord. Believe me... it is not worth using what is not YOURS and stealing what belongs to GOD (as that is to Whom I dedicated that Project.

It is sad that folks are eager to read and accept nonsense instead of studying the Bible for themselves.. I assure you... the TRUTH is stranger than fiction. Anti-Christ is here now and has been here for over a thousand years. Those who really want the truth will visit wwwTheMarkOfTheBeast.net and use the Links provided. Anyone who does lesson one of BibleUniverse.com Free Prophecy Course will be well on their way to identifying the Anti-Christ and it's 'mark'.

Be a man Bill... create your OWN art-work and return what does NOT belong to you.

Just point out the shot. I've scrolled down to the bottom of my page, and I can't figure out what you're talking about.

Isn't that cute? Bill's got a new playmate. If we're lucky, he might offer his opinion about my book cover.

Mr. Cider... You posted an article "Mark of the Beast ain't what it used to be".... there is a Still Photo of a Girl with a BarCode and 666 on her forehead and a Green BackGround behind her. That Still Photo is from a Commercial I produced for BibleUniverse.com.

Please cease and dissist from using MY work. Please teard it down .... you could simply place a large 666 in it's place. If I am in error in my understanding and it is indeed Banjo Jones who posted the Article and my Photo please accept my humblest apologies... and if that is the case please assist me in contacting Mr. Jones... or relay this thread to him. I would really appreciate it.

Since I'm not the one who posted the photo, I'll accept your apology. I posted a link to an article that I found interesting, but that's the extent of it. I certainly haven't "stolen" your artwork.

No problem Bill. I see that it was indeed Mr. Jones who stole it and I have left him a message. I am new to blogging and saw your name directly below the article and so I thought it was you.

Thank you for accepting my humblest apologies and best of luck to you in your writing career. :-)

Have a great day Bill !

Jayne,

I hope you can write better than you can read.... I wasn't offering my 'opinion' on a book cover.... I was calling someone to task who I thought used my Work wothout my permission. Maybe you would understand better if you found a story YOU wrote posted with someone else's name attached as the writer. Get it ? As it turned out the person who DID use my Work kindly made the correction. Still cute ?
