BILL CRIDER'S POP CULTURE MAGAZINE
The amazing thing is that they've made about a dozen CDs. Are you sure all these groups aren't the same people? Why do costumes make you look more alike? Or is that the intention.
You have to wonder if all these groups have ever been on stage together at the same time.
I missed one band and I blame it on the "bad" publicity shot. These bands were a mainstay of my high school years. If needed, I could provide agonizing detail as to why these bands were so painfully different(enough to cause vicious fueds!) from each other and classify the sub-genres of metal for you. But I suspect ignorance may be bliss in this case.Rockin' like Dokken,Jen
My son probably has albums by all those bands. He still collects vinyl by all of them. I'm guilty of buying a few for him in various thrift stores.
I got them all right, but there were a couple of tricky ones, like using a recent photo of Ratt and one of the original Quiet Riot with Randy Rhoads. Ah, you should have seen me back in the day with my bright purple bass and my giant hair. Metal rules, dude.
I also got the questions correctly - every one. When it said "Do you know the name of this band?" The correct answer was "NO" and I was right each time!
