BILL CRIDER'S POP CULTURE MAGAZINE
Some folks look better in their Now pictures (Pfeiffer) or at least no worse (always thought Diana Ross rather unattractive). Wonder if that was the point, if there is a single point...
Not sure there's a point. Some look much the same.
I look upon the ruin that is Kathleen Turner today and I want to throw myself off a bridge. I had such a letch for her after Body Heat. There's a lot of living proof in those photos for the proposition that plastic surgery is a mistake. It makes different parts of your face age at different rates.
Makes me wonder how they can be so much older when I'm still only 35. Of course, I keep no mirrors in this house.
We all know that mirrors lie.
Pretty bad when the only one to improve is Bette Midler. A few held the line, though.
