Gonna join the convention?

Not likely, but it would be a lot of fun.

It occurred to me that these days I'm at least slightly acquainted with a number of the nominees, and that in all my years of desultory Fannishness in fantastic and crime fiction that I've voted perhaps twice in LOCUS polls and once for Anthonys. So, even if I don't make it across the border, I might just join remotely...

Hugoes have been going to fantasy works for quite some time now...so, if you mean are they science fiction, no.
