Once Again, Texas Leads the Way

Dallas News - Better Off Deadbeat: Craig Cunningham Has a Simple Solution for Getting Bill Collectors Off His Back. He Sues Them. - page 1: "While most Americans with unpaid bills dread the collector's call, Cunningham sees them as lucrative opportunities. It's hard to tell what's more irritating: The credit card companies who'll try any tactic in the book to get a debtor to pay up or the debtor who feels no compunction about going into debt and gets self-righteous about suing them.

Not easy to get the sympathy flowing for either of the parties.
