  5. She and Kuttner knocked it out of the ballpark with "Quest for the Star-Stone," where 23rd Century NW Smith meets 14th Century Jirel of Joiry.

    "Black Thirst" describes NW as wearing "spaceman's leather," maybe not quite as kinky as the blurb writer's "leathers."
