I've only seen one but it is number 1 on the list, The Limey. It is a terrific film and one I have in my Netflix queue to watch again. I amused myself by imagining that the Peter Fonda character in The Limey is Wyatt (Captain America) from Easy rider.

I've seen five and I bet they are the same five you've seen, Bill. CABLE HOGUE is a long-time favorite I wouldn't mind seeing again.

My five: Sweet and Lowdown, The Last Waltz, Sorcerer, Sisters, The Ballad of Cable Hogue.

I've seen five--although not exactly the same five as you have. I agree whole-heartedly about the under-appreciated "The Limey," which is not only one of Terrance Stamp's best performances, but also one of Steven Soderbergh's best movies.

Let me add my two cents for The Limey. That and The Ballad of Cable Hogue are all I've seen on the list.

I've seen everyone except Without Limits. Like them all. Sorcerer is very underated. Took a lot of heat for being a remake(Wages of Fear).
